Court Counseling Institute (CCI) offers court-approved Parenting Together Through Separation programs that support coparenting in low- to moderate-conflict cases and meet court, probation, and family law requirements.
We work with:
• Court-ordered parents
• Probation and supervision departments
• Attorneys, mediators, and the judiciary
Each Parenting Together Program is structured to meet court and agency standards, including licensed clinical oversight, formal progress and completion documentation, confidentiality, and evidence-based co-parenting intervention, and is widely accepted by courts and mediation services.

Parenting Together is designed for low- to moderate-conflict separations and is not intended for high-conflict cases involving domestic violence, coercive control, or child abuse. Those situations require specialized intervention, which can be accessed through Court Counseling Institute’s domestic violence and child protection programs. References to Parenting Together may appear in court or mediation paperwork depending on jurisdiction.
Parenting programs may be referred to differently depending on the court, agency, or region. The foundations of parenting program may be accepted under titles such as:

• Parenting Through Separation Program
• Co-Parenting Education Course
• Family Court Parenting Program
• Child Welfare Parenting Class
• Reunification Parenting Program
• CPS-Approved Parenting Course
• Parenting Skills for Legal Compliance and similar program titles
