Reports are available only to private therapy clients.

Important Notice: Letters and reports are issued after successful completion of a program or required therapy sessions.

$300

Fast-Track Option

Eligible clients may choose to fast-track their harassment prevention program by attending up to three sessions per week instead of the standard weekly schedule. This option is commonly used to meet court-imposed or employment-related deadlines. Written authorization from an attorney, probation officer, employer, or referring authority is required. Fast-tracking may not be clinically appropriate for every case.

Important Notice: If not enrolled in a full package, the fast-track add-on must be paid at the first session and is non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand you may have questions about our harassment programs. Below are answers to commonly asked questions.

What is the difference between harassment prevention e-learning training and therapy?

The harassment prevention training e-learning program is a structured, self-paced course designed to meet court, probation, workplace, or diversion education requirements. It focuses on understanding inappropriate conduct, consent, professional boundaries, communication standards, and accountability through video lessons, written modules, and assignments. Harassment therapy consists of one-on-one virtual sessions with a licensed mental health professional and provides deeper clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning, and targeted behavioral interventions based on the participant’s history, risks, and legal or professional requirements.

Are your harassment programs court approved?

Yes. Court Counseling Institute provides court-approved harassment programs and harassment prevention training accepted by courts, probation departments, diversion courts, employers, and legal professionals across the United States and Canada. Written pre-approval from the referring authority is recommended prior to enrollment.

Can I complete the harassment prevention program after work hours?

Yes. The self-paced harassment prevention training is available 24/7, allowing participants to complete lessons and assignments on their own schedule. Private therapy sessions are also available seven days per week with extended hours to accommodate work, court, and family obligations.

Can I fast-track my harassment prevention program?

With written authorization, eligible participants may attend two or three therapy sessions per week to meet court, probation, or employment deadlines. Fast-tracking applies to the therapist-led harassment prevention program and is subject to clinical approval and acceptance by the referring authority.

Where can I access Court Counseling Institute’s harassment programs?

Court Counseling Institute is based in Miami, Florida, and delivers harassment prevention programs and therapy services fully online. This allows clients throughout the United States and Canada to complete court-approved or workplace-required services remotely while receiving compliant documentation and licensed professional oversight.
